What this is
Nulity is a research-preview tool for surfacing prior-art candidates against a patent. It is provided for evaluation by patent attorneys, IP professionals, and inventors.
Not legal advice
Results are retrieval suggestions, not legal opinions. The system ranks candidates by predicted likelihood of invalidating — deciding whether a reference actually invalidates a claim is the attorney’s judgment. Nothing surfaced here should be relied on in a filing without independent review.
No fabricated citations
The system surfaces references from a fixed corpus of US patents and PTAB Final Written Decisions. It does not generate references, claim charts, or legal arguments. Snippet previews are extracted verbatim from the underlying documents.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, redistribute, or resell results.
- Don't attempt to extract the underlying corpus or model weights.
- One account per person.
Service availability
We provide the service on a best-effort basis. No SLA, no warranty, no liability for downtime, lost work, or decisions made on the basis of results.
Changes
We may change these terms; material changes will be announced on the home page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
