Common questions

Why no public pricing?

We're still pricing-discovering with the first cohort of design partners. The pilot is free; the production tier is quoted per engagement so we can match seat counts, infrastructure preferences, and onboarding scope without committing to a list price prematurely.

What does the pilot include?

Full product access for up to five active matters, unlimited searches, the inline reader with highlights and side-by-side compare, and Word-doc export. Standard shared infrastructure (T4 inference). We'll set you up inside a day.

What do you do with our data?

Your matters, references, and notes are private to your account and never used to train models without an explicit data agreement. Pilot users do agree to anonymized aggregate usage analytics so we can improve retrieval quality across the cohort.

Do you offer SSO?

Yes — SAML and OIDC are available on the Enterprise tier. Pilot users sign in with magic-link email; we can migrate accounts to SSO when you upgrade.

Is the model patent-law-aware?

Trained on PTAB Final Written Decisions — i.e. outcome data, not generic similarity. The model learns which references actually win invalidation arguments, not just which ones look related.

What if I'm a solo / in-house?

Talk to us. The pilot is the same; we'll tailor production pricing for the smaller footprint.
